Set on a plot of 44 cents, this 8,000 square foot luxury villa was our last ‘mainstream’ project before which we changed tracks.This was the time when we realized the dissonance between our professional capacities and our output had to be bridged and hence we were ready to start afresh from scratch to introduce natural materials in an urban setting.

Only during this project did we start exploring earthen buildings in parallel and started introspecting if we can embed 'greener actions' into the scale that we are operating in. This was our final project before Synergy Homes became Synergy Greenfra- a conscious decision to make better choices in design and vernacular materials to adapt them in the urban context.
